It’s also home to the Gordon Lewis-designed Panther Run golf course and the Rusty Putter restaurant.
• Maple Ridge: Includes neighborhoods like Avalon Park, Coquina at Maple Ridge, and Hampton Village, with a new clubhouse featuring a zero-entry resort-style pool, fitness center, sauna, event rooms, pickleball, an outdoor exercise area, a dog park, and a playground.

Schools

Ave Maria is home to Ave Maria University and Donahue Academy, a private K–12 school that often has a wait list. Public schools are part of Collier County Public Schools, and I always recommend confirming current school assignments with the district.

Ave Maria is about 40 minutes from I-75 and about an hour from the Gulf beaches, and it’s roughly an hour from Broward County on the east coast.
