About Me
I’m Kayla Hunter, a Southwest Florida native and full-time REALTOR® since November 2016. I grew up in Fort Myers, where my parents owned a contracting and restoration business, so I learned early on how homes are built and cared for. Today I lead Palms & Properties Group at Keller Williams Elite Realty and am part of the KW Luxury division, with our office in Bonita Springs.

I serve Lee, Collier, and Hendry counties, including Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Alva, LaBelle, and Babcock Ranch.
How It Works
- Send me your referral. Share your client’s name, contact information, timeline, and what they’re looking for.
- I’ll reach out to your client. I’ll introduce myself and get to know their goals.
- I’ll keep you updated. You’ll hear from me at each milestone, from showings or listing to contract and closing.
- Your referral fee is paid at closing. We’ll sign a referral agreement upfront so everything is clear from the start.

What Your Sellers Get
My team handles everything from professional photography to targeted advertising, from listing through closing. That includes staging, videography, drone aerial photos, open houses, print marketing, and social media and targeted online marketing.
